Shipping policy

Shipping within the United States

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

• Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
• Delivery time: usually 7-14 business days after dispatch.

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or weather.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your package has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
